Online orders will receive a dispatch confirmation via email with tracking information. Note delivery timelines are contingent on our 3rd party services and cannot be guaranteed.
Before placing your online order, please read this policy carefully.
Shipping of large items is by freight carrier to driveway or curbside only. Ensure you have manpower to move your goods from there.
Contact your local store for local delivery options, including 'into position' delivery. The nature and pricing of local delivery varies by location and other factors and as such will not match online shipping rates stated on this website.

Shipping timeframes:
Shipping time frame varies according to where the order is being dispatched from in NZ and lead times with freight carriers and additional delays should be expected due to COVID-19 and around holiday periods. 4 Seasons accepts no liability for freight or delivery deliveries that are beyond our control.
Tracking your order:
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, 4 Seasons is unable to advise how long the order will take to arrive - to track this, please use the tracking details in the dispatch email.
The following are average time frames but are unable to be guaranteed. Longer timeframes usually occur around seasonally busy periods, such as Christmas.

| Spa pools | Contingent on whether your spa is in stock or on order from our overseas supplier. Once spas are on the water, a date for arrival into port can be provided and once in port, a firm delivery date can be booked. |
